Director of Engineering and Construction
Chris ensures that all of the Company’s construction projects and property operations are aligned with its strategic goals and mission. He manages all aspects of the planning, design and construction of new development and redevelopment projects as well as the due diligence process undertaken for any property that Wexford has an interest in acquiring.
Chris has a thorough understanding of the demands a wet laboratory facility places on building infrastructure and is directly involved in determining specifications for the project mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. He has also directed full renovations, including new building systems, exterior skin/window, expansions/additions and tenant build-outs.
Chris spent eight years at AT&T and Lucent Technologies where he was responsible for all building and operational aspects of a 833,000 square facility including building engineering, operations and tenant build-out.
Chris graduated from the Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree and the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Master of Science degree in engineering management. He is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey and Maryland.
