Vice President

Joe is focused on the development and execution of projects for Wexford. Joe brings 13 years of institutional real estate, design and construction experience to Wexford, as well as 14 years work as a consulting architect in New York City and Philadelphia.

Before joining Wexford, Joe was Assistant Vice President of Real Estate and Architecture for the University of Pennsylvania Health System "UPHS", where he oversaw 5 million square feet of owned and leased facilities. Joe also directed the design and construction department for the Health System with an annual capital budget in excess of $100 Million. Prior to leaving UPHS, he lead the design effort for the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine, a new 600,000 square foot ambulatory care facility, and the conceptual design of adjacent 500,000 square foot research facility for the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

Currently, Joe is completing the construction and fit out of 3711 Market Phase 1, a 154,000 square foot wet laboratory project in the University City Science Center in Philadelphia and a 50,000 square foot genomics laboratory fit out for the University of Maryland in the UMB BioPark.

Joe graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he received Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architecture degrees. He is a registered architect in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
