S. Mark Korczakowski, CFA

Vice President

Mark joins Wexford with over 13 years of experience in real estate and banking. At Wexford, Mark will be involved in all facets of our transactions with particular responsibility for managing client relationships, the development process, and the marketing and leasing of assigned projects. Mark will also assist in the financial analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities being considered by Wexford.

Prior to joining Wexford, Mark spent 7 years as Director of Real Estate at Allegis Group, Inc., a multi-billion dollar staffing company. Mark was responsible for all aspects of the corporate real estate strategy including leasing, disposition, and management of leased office space throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Mark oversaw a team responsible for negotiating a portfolio of 300 office leases totaling over 2 million square feet. During this time he also was integral in the development of a 105,000 square foot corporate headquarters and managed a corporate campus of 325,000 square feet.

Mark also brings 6 years of commercial banking experience at Bank of America, N.A. and its predecessor banks where he developed and managed a $50 million loan portfolio. His experience included financial analysis and structuring complex debt transactions.

Mark is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a graduate of Loyola College in Maryland with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and a Master of Science in Finance
