Steve is involved with the executive management team and the overall operations of Wexford, which also includes evaluating and executing new investment opportunities. He brings 21 years of commercial real estate experience to Wexford, including sales/leasing, development, construction oversight and financial analysis.
Before joining Wexford, Steve was employed at Townsend Capital (1997-2005) and was responsible for sales totaling 1.4 million square feet of industrial and office space. Since 1998, he has been involved with the development and growth of the science and technology business area. During this timeframe, he was involved with the development and leasing of 700,000 square feet of office and flexible wet lab facilities.
Currently, he is responsible for the development and leasing of projects located at the UMB BioPark, in Baltimore, MD and INNOVATION Research Park at ODU, in Norfolk, VA.
Steve graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
