Leigh T. Howe
As Principal of Windsor Healthcare, a Wexford Equities company, Leigh T. Howe has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare banking. She is widely regarded as a seasoned healthcare investment specialist, possessing an extensive contact database and one of the strongest referral networks in the healthcare industry.
Ms. Howe launched Windsor Healthcare following an 11-year career at Allfirst and M&T Bank, where she served as Administrative Vice President and Long Term Care Unit Manager. There, she oversaw the business development efforts of the Healthcare Banking Group in the Mid-Atlantic, focusing on skilled nursing, assisted living, and continuing care retirement communities. Ms. Howe was responsible for the development of over $1 billion of various senior housing projects in the Mid-Atlantic market.
Prior to her career at M&T Bank, Ms. Howe had 16 years of experience at Bank of America. There, she held various positions within the Corporate Bank, including seven years in Healthcare Banking and three years in Real Estate Credit Administration.
Ms. Howe holds a BA from Lycoming College and an MBA from Loyola College. She has been involved in numerous professional and civic organizations, including the Boards of Beacon Institute and Friends of Foster Care Foundation. She is a member of the American Association of Housing and Services to the Aged, Healthcare Facilities Association of Maryland, the Virginia Health Care Association, America Senior Housing Associates, and the American Health Care Association.
